The foundation of self-love is based on the concept of good mental health. It involves being able to set boundaries to support emotional well-being, accepting that some things are meant to be, and having compassion even for oneself. With these key aspects, one can reduce anxiety stress, and even depression with support, resilience and self-worth. To accomplish these goals, one must include practices that will assist in good mental practices which include making rest a priority, forgiving oneself, and even involves acts of kindness towards oneself.
Self-care is something that must be cultivated, nurtured, and practiced daily. This will support good mental health and assist in dispelling persistent negative thoughts and self-doubt. Therefore, accept yourself, appreciate yourself and your mental health will continue to strengthen and thrive.
